TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
PREAMBLE
1. These general sales conditions are agreed between Agrovinaz – Sociedade Agrícola, Lda, with headquarters at R. Comendador Ruy Gomes 5A, 7170-047 Redondo, NIPC 510 064 728 and contact +351 266 999 772, hereafter referred to as “Courelas Da Torre” and people who wish to make purchases through the website www.courelasdatorre.com, hereafter referred to as “User”.
2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.courelasdatorre.com shall be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT
1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment and delivery of purchases made on the website www.courelasdatorre.com.
2. These conditions regulate all the steps required to place an order and guarantee the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
1. The User places his or her order by completing the purchasing process presented on the website www.courelasdatorre.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) he or she wishes to order to the shopping cart:

a) Register on the website www.courelasdatorre.com, supplying the information requested therein.
b) Make the “login” (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the User at the time of registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the options that are made available to you throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the TIN and the name that, for tax purposes, you want to appear on the invoice).
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Terms of Sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. The Courelas Da Torre will honor orders received online only until the limit of available stocks. In the absence of availability of the product Courelas Da Torre undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The data contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice after issued can not be reissued with changes.
6. Orders are valid for thirty days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different period, it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used in a new order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
1. On the website www.courelasdatorre.com, Courelas Da Torre offers the user the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
a)Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b)Multibanco reference;
c) Transfer;
2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made from the User’s card immediately after confirmation of shipment of goods. If any products ordered are out of stock, the value of these will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
1. Orders will be delivered up to ten working days after placing your order. Delivery is made by the company NACEX.
2. Shipping costs will be added to the order.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, with taxes and duties included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
2. If there is an increase in the price of a product, the User will be informed immediately, and may choose to receive his order (making the payment of the difference) or to proceed to its cancellation.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN
1. The process of cancellation or return is handled on a case by case basis by Courelas Da Torre. The request should arrive in writing to the contact e-mail courelasdatorre@gmail.com, until thirty days after the order, being the instructions for cancellation or return of goods answered and defined by Courelas Da Torre, by the same means of communication.
2. Whenever possible the return should be made by the same means of payment, but if not possible, the user must submit proof of payment and ownership of account or card, to make the return by Bank Transfer.
3. Courelas Da Torre is committed to refund the user within five working days.
4. The returned products must necessarily be in saleable condition, i.e. in the same state in which they arrived at the hands of the User, without any anomaly or damage.
5. If the resulting value of the exchange of products of an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the same, the conditions of adjustment, will be indicated by Courelas Da Torre.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY
The treatment of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The same, subject to computer processing, will appear in the database (s) of the Courelas Da Torre and are intended for registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information to be made available by them.
Your provision is optional and is guaranteed under the law, the right of access, rectification and cancellation of any data that concerns you directly, personally or in writing, directly to the address on the home page of this website.
