BIOLOGICAL WINES
Currently, with about 12 hectares of vines installed in full production, the red varieties Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Boushet, Moreto, Castelão, Alfrocheiro, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Touriga Nacional predominate; as well as white varieties, Arinto, Fernão Pires, Antão Vaz and Sauvignon Blanc.
There are also fruit trees, aromatic herbs and a small traditional olive grove on the property. The balance in our ecosystem is achieved through the permanent presence of farm animals, migratory birds and spontaneous grasses.

Our cellar
WINE TOURISM
The small existing winery allows us to produce 50 thousand bottles of wine per year. At the distillery, we transform 1,000 liters of alcohol/year.
Visits to the winery and the farm are subject to prior appointment.

ORGANIC WINES
Our products
At Courelas da Torre, all our products have biological certification. We take advantage of all the resources that our land gives us. In the vineyard, we harvest the grapes and in the cellar we produce the wine. After alcoholic fermentation, we obtain the marc brandy. On the farm, there are fruit trees and aromatic herbs, which, added to the brandy, give rise to pennyroyal and sour liqueur liqueur. At the Herdade, there are also 80 traditional olive trees where we harvest the olives and, in partnership with neighboring mills, we obtain extra virgin biological oil.
